Criteria

Must be a Bramptonian (either born or lived in Brampton).

Can be alive or deceased.

Must have achieved a level of accomplishment (formal recognition or awards for their work)

Accomplishment may be in several art disciplines.

Must fill out a form for each discipline for which recognition was received.
