Pages Workshops
Facebook is one
of many online social networking sites that you can use to promote yourself,
your work, and your business or organization online. Creating and maintaining a
free Facebook Page can help you to network with other artists and arts
organizations, connect with a wider audience, as well as build and improve your
web presence. Learn how to take advantage of this easy to use online tool in
the following two Facebook Pages Workshops.
NOTE: If
possible, please bring a usb key or flash drive with a photograph or image you
would like to add to your Facebook Page.
Facebook
Pages – Basics
In the Basics
workshop, you will learn how to create a Facebook Page for yourself, your
business, or organization, add a photo to your page, add relevant information,
and invite people to become “fans” of your page.
Facebook
Pages - Intermediate
In the Intermediate
workshop, you will learn how to edit your page, post an event, create a photo
album, create a discussion, and use the Insights tool.
